STEP ONE: REGISTRATION FORM
1. Print out the retreat registration form in either PDF or DOC format.
2. Fill in all of the blanks, making sure to check all applicable areas.
3. Send in the completed form to our registrar, Mary. You may either SCAN & EMAIL IT to Mary as an attachment, OR you may send it via POSTAL MAIL. (Mary Streckel, 338 CR 4932, Kempner, TX, 76539)
STEP TWO: PAYMENT (Paypal or Check)
TO PAY by PAYPAL:
If you'd like to use Paypal to pay for the retreat, please choose either the FULL cropper or COMMUTER cropper button:
FULL CROPPER - $199 (plus $7 admin. fees)
*includes crop space, all of your meals, and sleeping accommodations. Use button below for FULL Cropper payment.
DAY/COMMUTER CROPPER - $139 (plus $7 admin. fees)
*includes crop space, all of your meals, but NO sleeping accommodations. Use button below for COMMUTER Cropper payment. (Commuters, please see HOTEL information below!)
TO PAY by CHECK:
ONE CHECK: $199 (full) or $139 (commuter) check, payable to Teresa Nicholson and mailed with your registration form to Mary Streckel, 338 CR 4932, Kempner, TX, 76539.
INSTALLMENT PLAN: (available by check only) Write two checks made payable to Teresa Nicholson. First check $100, payable on the date that you register.
Second check for balance of fee (either $99 for FULL or $39 for COMMUTER CROPPER) made payable to Teresa Nicholson & dated February 13, 2012. MAIL BOTH CHECKS at once, along with registration blank in the same envelope to Mary Streckel, 338 CR 4932, Kempner, TX, 76539.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:
Mary will send you an email when your FORM has been received. Remember it will take longer to get an email from her if you are postal mailing your form.Paypal will send you an email when your PAYMENT has been made. If you are paying by check, Mary will email you when your check(s) has been received.
You are confirmed for the retreat when you have received an email for both your payment AND your form. Email Mary if you have questions on your confirmation.
SELL OUT / WAITING LIST:
As soon as all of the spots are sold, we will begin a waiting list on a first come/first served basis. We are monitoring registration and will update the website as soon as possible after we are sold out. However, to be fair in the event of a rush of registrations, we will process them in order of the day/time the registration was received. (this is a good reason to use the online registration process!) HOTEL INFO FOR COMMUTERS: 
If you are registered as a Commuter/Daytime cropper, then you'll need to reserve your own sleeping accommodations if you aren't staying at home. The Comfort Inn and Suites in Temple, TX offers a discounted rate of $60/night for Rockin' R retreaters. (includes free wireless internet and deluxe continental breakfast) Use the hotel link above to reserve your room, and ask for the "Rockin R" rate when you call.
